C&S Wholesale beef and poultry products recalled for temperature exposure risk
Check Target stores for recalled C&S meat products
C&S Wholesale Grocers recalled approximately 1,200 pounds of ready-to-eat and raw beef and poultry products sold June 17, 2019, at two Target locations in New York (Commack and Central Islip). The products were exposed to improper temperatures during transport, which may allow harmful bacteria like E. coli, Listeria, Salmonella, and Staph aureus to grow.
- Check if you purchased beef or poultry from Target in Commack or Central Islip on June 17, 2019
- Do not eat these products if you have them
- Throw out or return the product to the store
- Contact your doctor if you develop diarrhea, vomiting, fever, or muscle aches within 2 months
