Ohanyan's Bastirma & Soujouk Co. recalled approximately 159,291 pounds of Soujouk dried beef sausage products because they contain soy lecithin—a known allergen—that was not listed on the label. The affected products were produced between April 2014 and April 2015 and distributed nationwide.

  • Check your freezer for Soujouk Dried Beef Sausage (Hot & Spicy or Mild) with establishment number EST.5867-A
  • Do not eat the product if you have a soy allergy
  • Throw away or return the product to where you bought it
  • Call Ohanyan's at 1-559-243-0800 with questions
