Fairmont Foods recalled approximately 4,680 pounds of frozen Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen pork tasso and ground beef gravy distributed to Popeyes restaurants in Louisiana. The products may contain small pieces of clear soft plastic. A customer reported finding plastic in the product, but no illnesses have been confirmed.
- If you work at a Popeyes restaurant: do not serve this product; discard it or return it to the supplier.
- Check for products with code 1F0112 and "best by" date 050220 (May 2, 2020).
- If you consumed this product and have health concerns, contact your doctor.
