Antioch Farms chicken Kiev recalled for Salmonella Enteritidis contamination

Don't eat Antioch Farms chicken Kiev

Aspen Foods Division of Koch Meats recalled approximately 28,980 pounds of raw stuffed chicken breast (Chicken Kiev) because it may be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis. Six people in Minnesota became ill after eating this product. The affected chicken was sold in October 2014 with sell-by dates of October 1 and October 7, 2015.

  • Do not eat Antioch Farms Raw Stuffed Chicken Breast Breaded "A La Kiev" with establishment number P-1358 and sell-by dates of 10/1/2015 or 10/7/2015
  • Throw away the product or return it to the store
  • Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces that touched raw chicken with hot soapy water
  • If you ate this chicken and have diarrhea, abdominal pain, or fever, contact your doctor
