American Foods Group (Green Bay Dressed Beef) recalled approximately 7,420 pounds of beef brains produced between April 24 and August 11, 2016. The brains may contain specified risk materials (SRM) that could pose a food safety risk. The affected product was distributed to California.
- Do not eat beef brains labeled 'AMERICAN FOODS GROUP BEEF BRAINS' with pack code 06400
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Call your doctor if you have health concerns
