North Atlantic and Channel brand breaded swai fillets recalled for undeclared milk allergen

Don't eat recalled breaded swai fillets

Channel Fish Processing Co. is recalling approximately 840 pounds of breaded swai fillets because the breadcrumb coating may contain milk, an allergen that was not listed on the package label. The affected products were produced in February, March, and May 2017 and distributed to institutions in Indiana. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat these products if you have a milk allergy or sensitivity
  • Check your freezer for North Atlantic or Channel brand breaded swai fillets with lot codes 23445, 23114, 22888
  • Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
  • Call your doctor if you or someone you serve has an allergic reaction
