Channel Brand and North Atlantic breaded swai fillets recalled for undeclared milk allergen

Do not eat Channel Brand or North Atlantic breaded swai

Channel Fish Processing Co. recalled approximately 1,190 pounds of breaded swai (catfish) fillets because the breadcrumb coating may contain milk that was not listed on the package label. The products were sold to institutions in Indiana. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat these products if you have a milk allergy or sensitivity
  • Check your freezer for Channel Brand or North Atlantic breaded swai fillets with lot codes 22739, 22740, 23445, 23114, or 22888
  • Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
  • Call your doctor if you or someone in your household consumed this product and had an allergic reaction
