Ada Valley Gourmet Foods recalled approximately 3,490 pounds of frozen raw ground beef meatloaf that may contain broken metal bits. The affected product was produced on May 20, 2019, and distributed to hospitals in Arizona, California, and Nevada. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Check your freezer for Ada Valley MEATLOAF UNCOOKED with lot code 17034 and packaging date 05-20-19
  • Do not prepare or eat this product
  • Discard the product or return it to where you purchased it
