Don't eat SP Wholesale Meats sausage products
SP Wholesale Meats in Portland, Oregon is recalling about 1,729 pounds of raw pork and chicken sausage products because they contain wheat, which is not listed on the label. The affected products include Cascade Farms Chicken Apple Sausage and Don Felipe's Tolucan Brand chorizo varieties. These products were distributed to restaurants in Oregon and Washington.
- If you have any of these sausage products, do not eat them.
- Return them to the store where you bought them or throw them away.
- If you or anyone else has eaten these products and has concerns, contact your healthcare provider.
- Check your freezer for affected products with lot numbers 079, 084, 097, 098, 104, 111, 112, 113, 118, or 119.
