Don't eat Artesana Specialty Sausages chorizo
New York Style Sausage Co. recalled approximately 371 pounds of Artesana Specialty Sausages Salvadoran Recipe chorizo because the product contains sesame seeds that are not listed on the label. The sausages were produced on June 8, 2018, and sold at California farmers markets. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat this product if you have a sesame allergy or sensitivity.
- Throw away the sausages or return them to where you bought them.
- Check your refrigerator or freezer for 8-ounce packages labeled 'Artesana Specialty Sausages CHORIZO SALVADORAN RECIPE ALL NATURAL' with establishment number 'EST. 9027'.
- If you consumed this product and have allergy symptoms, contact your doctor.
