CTI Foods LLC is recalling approximately 6,720 pounds of ready-to-eat Philly beef steak products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products were produced on August 9, 2018, and distributed to food service establishments in Ohio. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Do not eat or serve this product if you have it.
  • Look for packages labeled 'FULLY COOKED PHILLY BEEF STEAK SLICED' with establishment number 'EST. 19085' and pack code 4887097.
  • Throw away the product or return it to the place where it was purchased.
  • Contact your doctor if you have fever, muscle aches, headache, or gastrointestinal symptoms within 2 months of consuming this product.
