AA Poultry Processing in Wisconsin recalled approximately 2,191 pounds of chicken and 21 pounds of turkey produced between May 4–11, 2015. The products were contaminated with an unapproved chemical (trichloro-s-triazinetrione) used during processing. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check packaging for establishment number P-45525 inside the USDA inspection mark
- Do not eat chicken or turkey from this recall
- Discard the product or return it to where you bought it
