AA Poultry Processing chicken and turkey recalled for unapproved chemical contamination

AA Poultry Processing in Wisconsin recalled approximately 2,191 pounds of chicken and 21 pounds of turkey produced between May 4–11, 2015. The products were contaminated with an unapproved chemical (trichloro-s-triazinetrione) used during processing. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Check packaging for establishment number P-45525 inside the USDA inspection mark
  • Do not eat chicken or turkey from this recall
  • Discard the product or return it to where you bought it
