Marathon Enterprises hot dog products recalled for bone fragment contamination

Do not eat Marathon Enterprises hot dogs
Marathon Enterprises Inc. recalled approximately 7.2 million pounds of hot dog and sausage products produced between March 17 and July 4, 2017 because they may contain bone fragments. The problem was discovered after consumer complaints reported finding bone pieces in the product. One minor mouth injury has been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you purchased them
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Look for "EST. 8854" on the USDA inspection seal on the package
- Call 1-800-SABRETT (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m.) if you have questions
- Contact your doctor if you or a family member has mouth pain or injury after eating this product
