Culinary Brands Inc. recalled approximately 4,038 pounds of Simply Balanced Pork Chile Verde because some packages were mislabeled and may contain mushroom risotto instead, which includes wheat—an allergen not declared on the label. The affected product was produced on March 30 and April 2, 2015, and shipped nationwide. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Check your freezer for 9-oz. Simply Balanced Pork Chile Verde packages with lot #A5089G2
  • Do not eat the product if you have a wheat allergy
  • Return it to the store where you bought it, or throw it away
