Gallo Meats LLC sausage, beef, and lamb recalled for lack of federal inspection

Do not eat Gallo Meats sausage, beef, or lamb

Gallo Meats LLC in Colville, Washington recalled approximately 82 pounds of hot Italian sausage, ground lamb, and beef flank steak that were produced without federal inspection, even though they were marked with a USDA inspection seal. The affected products were made between April 20 and July 27, 2016, and sold in Washington state. No illnesses have been reported.

• Do not eat hot Italian sausage, ground lamb, or beef flank steak from Gallo Meats with establishment number EST. 09334
• Throw away these products or return them to where you bought them
• Call your doctor if you have any symptoms of food poisoning
