JBS USA ground beef recalled for polystyrene packaging contamination

JBS USA recalled approximately 4,922 pounds of Certified Angus Beef ground chuck produced on July 15, 2017, because it may contain pieces of polystyrene (styrofoam) packaging material. The contamination was discovered on July 29, 2017. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check if you have ground beef labeled 'CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF GROUND CHUCK 80% LEAN 20% FAT' with production date 7/15/17 and box code 541640
- Look for establishment number 'EST. 34176' on the package
- Do not eat the product if you have it
- Throw it away or return it to the store where you bought it
