BMG Trading pork leg products recalled for lack of federal inspection
Do not eat BMG Trading pork leg products
BMG Trading, a Canadian company, produced approximately 26,108 pounds of pork leg products without federal inspection and sent them to Arizona for processing. The products were not reinspected at the Canadian border as required and were distributed in U.S. commerce. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat pork leg flank products labeled with establishment number "394" and certificate number "CERT. 097400"
- Check your freezer for buckets containing 65–75 pork legs produced on December 16, 2014
- Discard the product or return it to where you bought it
- Call 1-888-674-6854 (USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline) if you have questions
