Tyson Foods panko chicken nuggets recalled for hard plastic contamination

Discard Tyson panko chicken nuggets
Tyson Foods recalled approximately 132,520 pounds of fully cooked panko chicken nuggets produced on July 18, 2016, because they may contain pieces of hard plastic. The plastic fragments came from manufacturing equipment and were not detected by metal detectors. No injuries have been reported so far.
- Do not eat these nuggets if you have them at home or at work.
- Check the package for establishment number 'EST. 13556' and the July 18, 2016 production date.
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it.
- Call Tyson Foods consumer assistance at (866) 328-3156 with questions.
