Do not eat recalled Callicrate or Ranch Foods Direct beef
Good Food Concepts, LLC recalled approximately 1,290 pounds of beef products processed on August 3–4, 2017, due to possible E. coli O26 contamination. The recalled products include multiple Callicrate Beef cuts and Ranch Foods Direct ground beef and steak bundles with lot codes 170731CC, 170803, and 170804. Products were distributed to retailers, wholesalers, and restaurants in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Check your freezer for Callicrate Beef or Ranch Foods Direct products with lot codes 170731CC, 170803, or 170804
- Do not eat these products; throw them away or return them to the store
- Wash your hands, utensils, and surfaces that may have touched the recalled meat
- Call your doctor if you develop diarrhea, vomiting, or stomach pain within 2–8 days of eating recalled beef
