HEB pork chorizo recalled for undeclared peanut allergen
Do not eat HEB pork chorizo products
HEB Meat Center in San Antonio, Texas is recalling approximately 83,666 pounds of pork chorizo and Mexican-style seasoned pork products because they may contain peanuts that were not listed on the label. The products were made between October 16 and December 26, 2014. This recall affects products sold at HEB stores in Texas.
- Check your freezer for HEB pork chorizo or 'HEB Mi Comida Pork Chorizo' or 'Seasoned Mexican Style Pork for Carne Al Pastor' with establishment number EST. 7231
- Do not eat these products if anyone in your home has a peanut allergy
- Throw away or return the product to HEB
- Call HEB consumer relations at (800) 432-3113 if you have questions
