J & B Sausage chicken and beef products recalled for undeclared peanut allergen
Don't eat J & B Sausage meat products
J & B Sausage Co. in Texas recalled approximately 55,813 pounds of fully cooked chicken and beef products because they may contain peanuts that were not declared on the label. The products were produced between August 2014 and December 2014 and distributed to HEB stores in Texas. No allergic reactions have been reported.
- Check your freezer for recalled products: Cajun Hollar Brand Creole Style Boudin, Chefs-In-A-Bag Chicken Taco Filling, HEB Texas Style Beef Chili, HEB Taquería Style Picadillo, or HEB Carne Guisada
- Look for establishment number 'EST. 7066' on the USDA inspection seal
- Do not eat these products if anyone in your household has a peanut allergy
- Throw away recalled products or return them to the store
- Call your doctor if you or a family member consumed this product and had an allergic reaction
