The salads were produced on October 13, 2018, and distributed to Texas locations. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat the recalled salad if you purchased it with expiration date "Tuesday 10/16"
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Seek medical attention if you develop fever, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, or muscle aches within 2 months
- Tell your doctor you consumed a recalled salad if you get sick
