Bassett & Walker beef lips recalled for missing U.S. import inspection
Do not use Bassett & Walker beef lips
Bassett & Walker International recalled approximately 1,540 pounds of beef lips imported from Australia that were never inspected at the U.S. border. The products were distributed to restaurants and food service businesses in the San Diego area between March and April 2015. Without proper inspection, there is a potential health risk.
- If you have these products, do not use them.
