Gaiser's European Style Provision chicken and pork bologna recalled for undeclared milk allergen

Throw out Gaiser's bologna products

Gaiser's European Style Provision recalled approximately 3,895 pounds of chicken and pork bologna products produced between October 6–20, 2016. The labels do not declare nonfat dry milk, which is a known allergen present in the products. The meat and poultry used were also not federally inspected.

  • Do not eat these products if you have a milk allergy.
  • Check your freezer for Gaiser's or NetCost Market brand bologna with packaging dates October 10–21, 2016, and establishment number EST. 5385 or P-5385.
  • Throw away any recalled products or return them to the store where you bought them.
  • Contact your doctor if you or a family member consumed this product and experience an allergic reaction.
