The Sausage Factory, Inc. in Carson City, Nevada is recalling approximately 5,960 pounds of sausage products made between March 30 and June 12, 2015. Some packages may be missing the required USDA inspection seal, even though the products were made under USDA supervision. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check any The Sausage Factory sausage products you have for the USDA inspection seal with "EST. 6236" marked inside it
- Do not use products that are missing the inspection seal
- Contact The Sausage Factory at (775) 882-8110 if you have questions about specific lot numbers or box codes
