Flavor Trade LLC beef jerky recalled for lack of federal inspection

Do not eat Flavor Trade beef jerky

Flavor Trade, LLC produced approximately 741 pounds of beef jerky products without federal inspection but falsely labeled them with a USDA inspection seal. The affected products include Craft Beer Jerky and E3 Meat Co. Paleo Beef Jerky in 3 oz. packages produced between May and October 2016, sold in Kansas and Missouri. No illnesses have been reported.

• Throw away the jerky or return it to the store where you bought it
