ON-COR Chicken Patties recalled for possible blue plastic contamination

Throw out ON-COR Chicken Patties

OSI Industries recalled approximately 21,403 pounds of ON-COR frozen chicken patties produced on August 5, 2016, because they may contain pieces of blue plastic from equipment. The contamination was discovered after three consumers reported finding plastic in their product. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat ON-COR Chicken Patties with a Best By Date of 8/5/2017 and establishment number P-5615
  • Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
  • Call your doctor if you or your family member ate the product and feels sick
