Do not eat OSI Industries beef patties
OSI Industries recalled approximately 1,480 pounds of frozen, ready-to-eat beef patties (Char-Broiled Beef Patties with lot code 22219) produced on August 10, 2019, because they may contain metal fragments. The contamination was discovered during processing at another facility. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these beef patties if you have them.
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it.
- Check your freezer for packages marked 'EST. 1300' with lot code 22219.
- Call OSI Industries at 855-206-1934 with questions about the recall.
