Do not eat Padrino Foods beef tamales
Padrino Foods recalled approximately 1,931 pounds of beef and sirloin tamales because the packages are mislabeled—they say beef inside, but actually contain pork. The affected tamales were produced on May 8, 2019, and sold in Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. No one has reported getting sick from these products.
- Do not eat the recalled tamales if you have them.
- Check your freezer for 60 oz. packages labeled 'Padrino Foods Beef & Sirloin Tamales' with lot code 2128903 and sell-by date 12-27-19.
- Throw out the product or return it to where you bought it.
