Throw out H-E-B shredded beef with BBQ sauce
H-E-B brand fully cooked shredded beef with BBQ sauce may contain plastic pieces. The products were made on September 16, 2017, and sold in Texas. No injuries have been reported, but the company is recalling the affected items out of caution.
- Do not eat these products if you have them at home.
- Throw away the H-E-B shredded beef (28-oz or 16-oz trays with December 15, 2017 use-by date).
- Return the product to the store where you bought it if you prefer.
- Call your doctor if you have stomach pain or other health concerns.
