Don't eat Battistoni Genoa Salami or Capocollo
Battistoni Italian Specialty Meats recalled approximately 22,630 pounds of ready-to-eat Genoa Salami and Capocollo products that may contain aluminum fragments. The contamination was discovered during local slicing and preparation. Products were distributed to food service establishments in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
- Check if you have Battistoni Genoa Salami with Wine (lot codes 31B or 05A) or Hot Cooked Capocollo (lot code 33D) with establishment number EST. 2706
- Do not eat the product if you have it
