BrucePac chicken sausage recalled for undeclared pork casing

Don't eat BrucePac chicken sausage

BrucePac recalled approximately 55,550 pounds of frozen, ready-to-eat grilled sliced Italian-style chicken sausage because the packages don't list pork casing as an ingredient, even though it's used in the product. The affected items were produced between November 2018 and June 2019 and shipped to a California institution. No illnesses have been reported.
