Don't eat Chunwei meat or poultry products

Chunwei, Inc. recalled approximately 65,211 pounds of ready-to-eat and raw meat and poultry products because labels do not declare soy, wheat, dairy, egg, sesame, and monosodium glutamate (MSG). These are common allergens and additives that must be listed on food packages. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Do not eat any Chunwei meat or poultry products made between Nov. 16, 2017 and Nov. 19, 2018.
  • Check your freezer or refrigerator for products with establishment number EST. P-8110 or EST. 8110 inside the USDA inspection mark.
  • Throw away affected products or return them to the store where you bought them.
  • If you or anyone in your household has an allergy to soy, wheat, dairy, egg, or sesame, and consumed these products, call your doctor or poison control.
