R&R Provision Company breaded veal products recalled for undeclared milk allergens
Do not eat R&R Provision breaded veal products
R&R Provision Company is recalling breaded veal steaks and patties produced between April and November 2016 because the packages do not list milk and whey as ingredients, even though they are present. These are common allergens that can cause serious reactions in people with milk allergies. The products were sold to restaurants and at a retail store in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Check your freezer for breaded veal products with package codes RR27-4102, RR27-4142, RR27-4122, RR27-4132, RR27-4092, or RR27-5002.
- Do not eat these products if you have a milk or whey allergy.
- Throw away the products or return them to where you bought them.
- Contact your doctor if you or a family member has eaten this product and had an allergic reaction.
