Throw out El Monterey breakfast burritos
Ruiz Food Products is recalling frozen El Monterey breakfast burritos (egg, sausage & cheese) because pieces of white plastic may be mixed in with the food. Three customers found plastic pieces in their burritos. No injuries have been reported, but the company is asking people to throw away or return any packages they have.
- Check your freezer for El Monterey 3.38-lb. Value Packs with lot code 19288 and best-by date 01/15/2021
- Do not eat the product
- Throw away the package or return it to the store where you bought it
