Olli Salumeria salami recalled for missing ingredient labels and undisclosed sulfites
Do not eat Olli Salumeria salami products
Olli Salumeria Americana recalled about 5,400 pounds of salami products because the packaging does not list ingredients. The salami contains wine with sulfites, which is not disclosed on the label. People with sulfite sensitivity could have an allergic reaction if they eat these products.
- Do not eat any Olli Salumeria salami in 5.5 lb. bulk cases produced August 3–27, 2015
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Check the case code on the package: 2610, 2659, 2449, 2609, 2295, or 2448
- If you have sulfite sensitivity and ate this product, contact your doctor
