Advance Pierre Foods beef patties recalled for green plastic contamination

Do not serve Advance Pierre beef patties

Advance Pierre Foods recalled approximately 15,739 pounds of frozen ready-to-eat beef patties produced on September 11, 2019, because they may contain small pieces of green soft plastic. The patties were distributed to schools and food service institutions in Iowa. No injuries have been reported.

  • If you have CN Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Beef Patties (product code 69097, establishment number EST. 2132) in your freezer, do not serve them.
  • Throw out the recalled patties or return them to where you bought them.
  • Contact your doctor if anyone ate these patties and has concerns about their health.
