The affected products are 2-pound packages with four 8-ounce trays and a USE BY date of 11/21/17. No injuries have been reported, but anyone with a peanut or soy allergy could be at serious risk.
- Do not eat these products if you have a peanut or soy allergy
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Check your freezer for 2-lb Fresh PrepD Buffalo Style Ranch Wrap Kit packages with establishment number P-18502B and USE BY date 11/21/17
- Contact a doctor if you or anyone in your household consumed this product and had an allergic reaction
