Don't eat Maple Leaf boneless pork shoulders
Maple Leaf Foods imported approximately 4,030 pounds of boneless pork shoulder products from Canada in October 2015 without presenting them for U.S. inspection at the port of entry. The products entered the country uninspected, which means they weren't verified to be safe. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat these products.
- Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them.
- The affected items are 62-lb. cartons labeled "Pork Shoulder Blade Boneless" with establishment number 007 in Canada's mark of inspection.
- Call your doctor if you have health concerns after eating these products.
