Don't eat recalled poultry products with contaminated dairy
The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service issued a public health alert for ready-to-eat poultry products that contain dairy ingredients recalled by Rizo-Lopez Foods due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The contaminated dairy was used to make these poultry products. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check the USDA FSIS website for the complete list of affected products and establishment numbers
- Do not eat any of these recalled poultry products
- Throw away any recalled products you have or return them to the store
- Call your doctor if you develop fever, muscle aches, or headache within two months of eating these products, especially if you are pregnant, over 65, or have a weakened immune system
