New Seasons pizza sauce recalled for undeclared anchovies, milk, beef, and sulfites
Do not eat New Seasons pizza sauce
New Seasons Homestyle Pizza Sauce was mislabeled and actually contains anchovies, milk, ground beef, and sulfites—allergens and ingredients not listed on the label. The sauce was produced on January 25, 2023, and sold in Oregon and Washington. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat this product if you have it at home
- Throw away the sauce or return it to where you bought it
- Check your refrigerator for the 16-oz. tub with a "best if used by" date of 3/26/23
- Contact your doctor if you ate this product and have symptoms of an allergic reaction
