Throw out recalled soup and bowl products
The USDA found that soup and bowl products sold in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio may contain wood pieces from contaminated cilantro. The contamination was discovered after the cilantro supplier issued a recall. Additional products may be affected.
- Do not eat these products if you have them at home
- Throw them away or return them to where you bought them
- Check the USDA FSIS website regularly for a list of affected products and labels
- Call 888-674-6854 (USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline) if you have questions
