Bismillah Halal Meats ground beef recalled for possible E. coli O103 contamination
Do not eat Bismillah Halal Meats ground beef
Ground beef sold by Bismillah Halal Meats in Marietta, Georgia between April 10–23, 2025 may be contaminated with E. coli O103, a harmful bacteria. The contamination was discovered during testing by the USDA. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat any ground beef purchased from Bismillah Halal Meats between April 10–23, 2025.
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Check your refrigerator or freezer for products from those dates.
- Seek emergency care if anyone who ate this meat develops bloody diarrhea, vomiting, severe bruising, or decreased urine output.
