Frozen meatloaf entrée recalled for undeclared milk allergen
Do not eat frozen meatloaf entrée if allergic
Frozen meatloaf entrée products delivered to seniors in Southern California contain milk, which was not listed on the tray labels. The individual serving trays do not show ingredients, though the carton lists egg, soy, and wheat but omits milk. No illnesses have been reported.
- If you have allergies to milk, egg, soy, or wheat and received this product, throw it away or return it to your meal service program.
- Check your freezer for 14-oz trays labeled "Meatloaf & Tomato Sauce Mixed Rice and Spinach" with use-by dates of May 1, May 13, June 15, or June 28, 2023.
- If you consumed this product and have symptoms of an allergic reaction, contact your doctor or call 911.
