Organic Rancher ground beef recalled for E. coli O157:H7 contamination

Do not eat Organic Rancher ground beef
Organic Rancher organic ground beef (85% lean) produced May 22–23, 2025, may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were distributed to Whole Foods Market locations nationwide. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat this product if you have it at home.
- Throw away the product or return it to Whole Foods Market.
- If you ate this beef and develop bloody diarrhea, severe cramps, or decreased urination, contact a doctor or emergency room immediately.
- Cook all ground beef to 160°F (use a food thermometer) to kill harmful bacteria.
