Wow Bao frozen curry chicken bao recalled for undeclared soy and sesame allergens
Throw out Wow Bao curry chicken bao
Wow Bao Thai-style curry chicken bao products sold at Walmart may actually contain teriyaki chicken bao, which has soy and sesame allergens not listed on the label. The product was packaged March 20, 2024, with a "best if used by" date of 4/12/25. No illnesses have been reported, but the USDA is alerting consumers because some product may still be in freezers.
- Do not eat this product if you have a soy or sesame allergy
- Throw away the product or return it to Walmart
- Call Wow Bao at 888-496-9226 with questions
