ShopRite Bowl & Basket chicken noodle soup recalled for undeclared milk allergen
Don't eat ShopRite chicken noodle soup
ShopRite brand chicken noodle soup was mislabeled and actually contains Italian-style wedding soup with milk, an allergen not listed on the label. The affected 20-oz. cups have a use-by date of 09/23/23 and were sold in New Jersey and New York. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat these products if you have a milk allergy or sensitivity.
- Throw away any ShopRite Bowl & Basket chicken noodle soup with a use-by date of 09/23/23.
- Return the product to the store where you bought it if you prefer.
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 (Mon–Fri, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. ET) with questions.
