Our Local Smokehouse chili cheese wieners recalled for potential Listeria contamination
Don't eat Our Local Smokehouse wieners
Ready-to-eat chili cheese wieners produced by Family Fare in Wisconsin on September 21, 2022, may contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The contamination was discovered during routine testing. Only three packages were sold at a Family Fare location in Minnesota, and no illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these wieners if you have them.
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it.
- If you are pregnant, elderly, or have a weakened immune system and ate these wieners, contact your doctor if you develop fever, muscle aches, or headache within two months.
- Look for the product name 'Our Local SMOKEHOUSE Chili Cheese flavored Wieners' in 15-oz. vacuum-packed packages with a use-by date of January 19, 2023.
