Kirkland Signature ham recalled for potential Listeria contamination

Throw out Kirkland Signature ham products

Kirkland Signature Applewood Smoked ham products produced on September 25, 2023, may contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The affected products are 4-lb vacuum-packed packages with a "Use/Freeze by" date of January 20, 2024, and lot number 264-4. Although these products are believed to be out of retail stores, some may still be in home refrigerators or freezers.

  • Check your freezer and refrigerator for Kirkland Signature ham with the January 20, 2024 expiration date and lot number 264-4
  • Do not eat the product
  • Throw it away or return it to the store where you bought it
  • If you ate this ham and develop flu-like symptoms within two months, contact your doctor and mention the contaminated product
