Frank's Butcher Shop ground beef sold at their Hudson, Wyoming location may be contaminated with E. coli O103, a harmful bacteria. The affected product was packed on October 7 or 9, 2022. No illnesses have been reported so far, but the company is alerting customers who may still have this meat in their freezer.

  • Do not eat ground beef from Frank's Butcher Shop with pack dates of 10-07-2022 or 10-09-2022.
  • Throw away the product or return it to the store.
  • If you ate this meat and develop diarrhea, bloody stools, or vomiting within 8 days, contact your doctor.
  • Always cook ground beef to 160°F using a food thermometer to kill harmful bacteria.
